Employee Orientation Forms

 

During your first days as a NASA employee you will be required to complete a number of forms, actions and plans designed to ensure your successful entry into the NASA workforce. This forms matrix is provided as a quick reference tool.

Important Note: These fill-able forms are provided as an interim capability pending the deployment of the Employee Express ---Entry on Duty System (EODS). Once EODS is deployed, tentative and new employees will be able to complete the required employment forms online and the information will be electronically posted in the required databases. Until this new system becomes available, you will be required to fill out the forms and submit them in paper form.
